After 20 years of CINC business partnership with ventures in Smartstreet, Cities Management, and SenEarthCo, Mike Egelston joined the CINC Systems team in 2019 as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Mike is responsible for the revenue streams generated from CINC Systems, Accounting Integrators, and Paygami. He leads the business development and sales team, and works side-by-side with CINC President & CEO Robert McCullar to develop both long-term and short-term strategy that will maximize CINC’s success.
Mike’s 20 years of industry experience is complemented by leadership roles in transportation and high-quality printing. His broad business background—focused on team building and leadership—promises to pay dividends with CINC. He understands the association management business and is thrilled to find another way to work with CINC.
As a former customer of CINC, Mike found great success with Accounting Integrators, which he attributes to making Cities Management a very profitable company. His long-term experience with CINC shows that CINC strives to create strong bonds with its clients. In this new role, Mike plans to show CINC clients that CINC is the system that can grow with the business, no matter the size.
Mike finds his primary strength to be in team-building and leadership. He believes that leading the right people in the right positions is essential to an organization’s long-term success.
Mike served two terms as mayor of North Oaks, Minnesota, and was president of the board of Minnesota Environmental Initiative, a nonprofit organization tasked with bringing private industry and government together to solve Minnesota’s environmental concerns. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a master’s degree in Psychology.
