One of the newest CINC team members, Kay Rose is customer-focused and does a great job building strong customer relationships. She takes her time to understand CINC customers’ desired outcomes and strategic business objectives, and then develops the strategies at CINC that will meet customer goals. Her training in Six Sigma principles ensures that she is always focused on improving CINC operations and process.
Kay’s talent for customer success was refined at several software companies, including IBM. Before joining CINC Systems, Kay worked for an inventory software company where she helped build and develop the customer success model currently in use today. With her positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, Kay was able to revive dormant accounts and restore relations at several troubled key accounts, resulting in increased revenue.
Kay studied at Lake Michigan College and University of Maryland-Baltimore County. She is also a published author.
