"Good design is invisible," they say, and it’s absolutely true. Whether you’re walking through a building or scrolling through an app, it's the frictionless experiences that often go unnoticed because they just work. It's the clunky, frustrating ones that catch most people’s attention.

But those of us in product development do notice when an experience feels natural and intuitive. We geek out over it. We understand the research, iteration, testing, and analysis that goes into crafting it. We delight in discovering new ways to present complex information or simplify tasks. Every opportunity to streamline a process or strip away cumbersome design elements is a win.

And we all have our favorite apps, those that invest heavily in delivering that smooth, effortless experience. Brands like Apple, Slack, and Duolingo often come to mind for many. In the CAM tech space, there is an undisputed leader: ONR. That’s why I could not be more thrilled that ONR has joined the CINC Systems family.

ONR has meticulously crafted a platform that addresses every aspect of community management, from amenity reservations to pet registration and eVoting. Their tools, evoking the ease of popular apps like WhatsApp, enhance communication and foster community. This focus on homeowner-centric solutions has significantly reduced complaints by up to 40%.

In the coming months, we’ll be marrying CINC’s world-class HOA accounting and AI solutions with ONR’s thoughtful and homeowner-focused UI to build an even more superior product. Not only are our products’ strengths complementary. Led by CEO @Carlos Guzmán, ONR’s team embodies a culture that mirrors our own—bold and forward-thinking, yet humble and collaborative.

I'm excited to learn and grow alongside this incredible team as we work toward our shared vision to make community association management less tedious and more meaningful. By eliminating tedious tasks for management companies and homeowners, we’ll pave the way for more meaningful interactions, proactivity, and innovation to address our industry’s mounting challenges.

Together, we’re building a solution capable of strengthening the fabric of communities by fostering trust, cooperation, and neighborly camaraderie. In this day and age, what could be more important than that?
