CINC Systems Appoints New Executives to Accelerate Company’s Growth with AI-Powered Platform Expansion

New Chief Technology Officer, General Manager of Financial Services, and Chief Marketing Officer leverage sustained product innovation to drive client value.
DULUTH, GA — October 14, 2025 — CINC Systems, the largest and most innovative technology provider in the community association management (CAM) industry, today announced three new executive team appointments to prepare the company for its next stage of growth. Recent leadership additions are Duri Chitayat as Chief Technology Officer, Alan Cohen as General Manager, Financial Services, and Philip Dolan as Chief Marketing Officer.
The executive additions build on CINC’s strong momentum following the company’s very successful third quarter. CINC generated record bookings driven by soaring demand for CINC’s AI tools. The company also announced its launch of CINC Connect, extending its leadership as the best digital experience for residents and board members. CINC serves more than 6 million homes.
“Cephai+ AI is integral to virtually every aspect of our clients’ work and their residents’ daily lives,” said Ryan Davis, CEO of CINC Systems. “Duri’s strong leadership will ensure CINC’s platform is ready to add millions more homes to CINC’s client base. Alan is making payment outflows much more efficient and valuable for both clients and their vendors leveraging AI, while Philip is getting CINC’s AI-powered platform into more hands and driving technology adoption. Together, they’re helping our clients and their residents shed tedious tasks, enable more speed and convenience, and make working and living in a professionally managed community more meaningful.”
Duri Chitayat brings decades of engineering, product innovation, consulting, and transformation leadership experience around the world to his role as Chief Technology Officer. He started this month.
Chitayat was most recently CTO at Safeguard Global, a leading workforce enablement platform company. In his new role, Chitayat will oversee the ongoing development of CINC’s platform, ensuring its reliability, speed, and security as CINC continues to grow. He’ll bring together CINC’s AI-development operations, Colombia-based technology operations acquired as part of CINC’s ONR acquisition earlier this year, and the company’s ongoing technical operation.
Chitayat is succeeding Peter Yang, who will remain as a technology advisor to Chitayat and the company. Yang has elected to take a sabbatical and travel the world. CEO Ryan Davis said of Yang, “Peter’s played a pivotal role in helping us firmly establish our company as the industry leader. I’ll be forever grateful to Peter for his leadership, and I’m thankful he’s playing the key role of transitioning Duri into this role.”
As General Manager, Financial Services, Alan Cohen leads CINC’s outbound payments and AP innovation, including partnerships. This is a new role for CINC. Starting in his role earlier this year, Cohen has overseen the launch this month of Payables+, a significant upgrade to CINC’s previous AP solution. Payables+ leverages CINC’s native Cephai+ AI technology to speed and simplify invoice ingestion, ledger coding, and digital payments. Cohen brings more than 30 years of B2B payments expertise across fintech and banking to the role.
Starting in April as CINC’s Chief Marketing Officer, Philip Dolan is sharpening CINC’s value proposition, accelerating demand, and driving adoption of CINC’s new technologies. These innovations include several new Cephai+ intelligent agents and CINC Connect, the modern resident and community manager digital experience integrated with CINC Accounting. He is also expanding use of CINC Circle, a client-centric digital hub designed to connect community leaders with resources, training, and tailored co-branded marketing tools. Dolan brings more than 30 years of combined consumer brand management and private equity-backed SaaS marketing and sales leadership experience to his role.
“These three leaders add to our world-class team,” Davis said. “I’m incredibly proud of the stability we’ve had amongst our leadership team. It’s unique in this industry and speaks to our leadership position.
