Deleting your Homeowner & Board App/WebAxis account


It is important to know when you delete your account you will lose access to your Homeowner & Board App and your WebAxis homeowner portal account.  Please note that if you have an account for more than one property, you will need to delete each account separately.  

 

What will be deleted?

Your Web Login credentials.

 

Deleting your account from within the app

  1. Launch & log into the app
  2. Tap the menu icon on the bottom right
  3. Tap the arrow icon on upper right
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Tap Yes on confirmation dialog

 

 Request account deletion from WebAxis portal

  1. Log into your WebAxis online portal
  2. From menu, select Contact Us
  3. Complete the online form stating your request and click Submit


This request goes to your management company, who can process your request accordingly.  If you have any question, please contact your management company directly.
