Our Story

A history of innovation...

CINC Systems was founded in 2005 with a clear goal: to transform the way community associations are managed. Recognizing the inefficiencies of traditional systems, we built the first cloud-based, all-in-one CAM platform, giving property managers, boards, and homeowners the tools they need to operate seamlessly.

Since then, we’ve expanded our offerings with AI automation, real-time financial reporting, and the most modern resident experience—continuously innovating to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Today, CINC powers thousands of communities across the country, helping property managers and boards work smarter, not harder.
