How It Started

DOME Property Management, a family-run firm and one of New York City’s oldest CAM companies, embraced technology right-away as a competitive advantage, long before prop-tech was a buzzword.  After three decades with another software provider, a rocky system upgrade in 2016 led Dome to partner with CINC for our all-in-one platform, including integrated banking and a user-friendly website and homeowner app (both white-labeled as DOMEport).

Michael Motelson, DOME’s president, saw the immediate impact.  Manual workflows—like processing “buckets of checks” each month—became digital, streamlined, and scalable.  When CINC launched its initial CAM AI solution, Cephai, DOME quickly took advantage of early capabilities that delivered instant efficiency gains.  And as Cephai evolved into Cephai+—an even more intelligent AI system capable of handling multi-step workflows—DOME jumped at the opportunity to join CINC’s Early Adopter Program and help shape the future of CAM software.
