My name is Avelino Vide I’m with Avid Property Management.
We’ve been a CINC customer now for approximately five years, I believe it is, and they’ve just turned our business around. We’re much more competitive now. Yeah we think we’ve been able to pull reports and kind of see where we’re heading, in what areas we have done better with and have produced more revenue. The growth has been very easy with CINC and it’s been a lot of it in part because of CINC.
Because we’re out there, it’s given me more time to go out and actually, you know, trying to pick up new business. My relationship with CINC is a hundred times better than it wasn’t my previous software company. It normally takes one time reaching out to CINC to get the item corrected, versus in the past we were reaching out on multiple occasions.
The homeowner portals have been huge for us, not only has it given us something that we weren’t able to offer our customers before, it gives our board members so much information, along with our homeowners. It’s kind of a catch-22 though, because with the board members are actually able to go online and see exactly what we’ve done so there’s no question, as to you know, we’re not getting like we used to hey how many times do you guys come out on the property, because they go on there and they see on the portal how many times we’ve gone out done violations, they have copies of the violations with photographs. So there’s no questions.
One of the major things it has helped us a lot, and not only grow but be competitive in the in our community, is we get a financials done very quickly. Contractually we’re putting ten days now, versus in the past we were doing 20 days, but in reality we’re getting him done within five.
