How It Started

After years of working with an outdated platform, Taylor Management’s employees were ready for something new to help them better manage 300 properties and 75,000 doors. But while the decision to switch to CINC Systems came easily after a two-year search, onboarding a large organization onto new software is anything but simple. “Once people started using it and word got out, it wasn’t just us talking about how great it was,” Liz says. “Their coworkers were telling them, ‘No, it’s really good.”

Adopting CINC’s platform has significantly reduced tedious tasks, like responding to repetitive homeowner questions. Taylor continues to roll out new features, including plans to implement CINC’s comprehensive AI solution, Cephai in 2025 with a dedicated AI task force.
