Resend a Welcome Email to One User
Learn how to resend the Welcome Activation Email to a single user who has not yet activated their ONR account.

Sometimes an owner may not complete their ONR account setup the first time. If a user has never set their password or logged in, you can easily resend them the Welcome Activation Email from within the Users Module.
How to Identify User Status
Inside the Users Module, you’ll see different icons that indicate account status:

🔵 Blue Checkmark — User is active (password has been set). For these users, send a Password Reset Emailinstead.

🟡 Pending Activation Icon — User has never logged in or set their password. These users are eligible to receive a resent Welcome Email.
Steps to Resend a Welcome Email to One User

Go to the Users Module in your ONR platform.

Locate the user with the Pending Activation Icon.

Click on the three-dot ellipse to the right of the user’s name.

Select Resend Welcome Email.

The user will immediately receive a new activation email from no-reply@onrapp.com.
Troubleshooting / Next Steps

✅ Ask users to check their spam/junk folder if they don’t see the email.

📩 Remind them to look for the sender: no-reply@onrapp.com.

🔑 If the user has already set their password, use the Password Reset Email option instead.
