How to Resend Welcome Activation Emails to All Users Awaiting Activation
Learn how to resend Welcome Activation Emails in bulk to all users who have not yet activated their ONR account.

If multiple owners in your community haven’t activated their ONR accounts, you can resend the Welcome Activation Email to all of them at once. This ensures every pending user receives their activation link again and can complete their account setup.
Best Practice: Notify Owners First
Before sending Welcome Activation Emails in bulk, we recommend sending out a quick communication to your members:

Remind them to expect the Welcome Email from no-reply@onrapp.com.

Ask them to check their spam/junk folders if they don’t see it in their inbox.

Encourage them to activate their account promptly.
Steps to Resend Welcome Emails to All Pending Users

Go to the Users Module in your ONR platform.

At the top of the screen, click on Activate / Activation.

Select the option: Resend Welcome Email to All Pending Users.

The system will automatically send activation emails to all users who have never logged in or set their password.
Troubleshooting / Next Steps

📩 If users still don’t receive the email, confirm they’re checking their spam/junk folder.

🔑 If an owner has already set their password, they will not receive the Welcome Email again. Instead, you can send them a Password Reset Email.

✅ Once users activate, their status will update in the system with a blue checkmark, confirming account activation.
