Florida Online Voting: How to Consent and Cast Your Electoral Vote on ONR

Step-by-step instructions for association members in Florida to complete their online voting consent form and securely cast electoral votes through the ONR platform.

Florida law requires that homeowners must opt in by completing a consent form in order to participate in online voting for their association. The ONR platform makes this process easy by allowing owners to digitally complete, sign, and submit their consent form for management approval.

Once approved, owners are notified by email and can participate in published votes, including annual electoral votes. Owners will also receive a welcome activation email when first added to the database, prompting them to set their password. After logging in, they will see the consent form and, once completed and approved, they’ll automatically be notified when a new vote is available.

This article provides two downloadable instruction guides that managers can share with their owners:

  1. How to Consent to Online Voting (PDF download)
    – A guide walking owners through the required digital consent form submission process  .

  2. How to Cast an Electoral Vote (PDF download)
    – Step-by-step instructions for reviewing candidates and securely casting votes online during an election  .

Managers can include these guides in notice packets, or send them by email ahead of elections, ensuring members are fully prepared to participate in compliance with Florida statutes.
