Kris has served as CINC’s Accounting Services Director since the inception of the department in 2007. Her department provides accounting services to CINC’s clients so they can focus on running their business. Accounting Services also coordinates with Customer Service, Product Development and Sales to represent the viewpoint of clients, the day-to-day users of CINC and AI. Kris leads the team to develop and determine best practices for using the software. She has created a highly efficient, high-volume department with a team of committed and dedicated professionals.
Before joining CINC, Kris held a variety of roles spanning seven years with First Capital Bank and progressing through mergers with Chattahoochee National Bank, Flag Bank and RBC. Her 25 years of experience in banking, finance and software include assignments as controller, interim CFO, interest rate risk analyst and senior VP of finance in charge of budgeting and projections.
Kris uses her understanding of financial software, systems and processes to spot potential problems, especially inefficiencies, and propose solutions before they become real problems. Her clear and direct communication style allows her to highlight key points in an understandable way so that staff and clients understand the potential consequences of different approaches, with the ultimate goal of creating a quality end product.
Kris earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Georgia Tech and an MBA with a finance concentration from Kennesaw State University.
